Rates listed in the Media Kit are subject to change.
Final confirmation of price is made upon booking and issuing an invoice.
Booking, Payment & Cancellations
Advertising slots, sponsored content or featured placements are confirmed only after receiving payment or a deposit as stated on the invoice.
Failure to supply materials before the agreed deadline may result in forfeited placement without refund.
Client Materials & Copyright
By submitting images, videos or editorial copy to BTTR Media, you confirm that you own the rights or have secured appropriate permissions.
You grant BTTR Media a licence to use these materials in print, online and promotional formats.
Data Protection & Privacy
We adhere to the UK GDPR and will process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your contact details with third parties.
Limitation of Liability
BTTR Media is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, reputational damage or delays caused by contributors, suppliers or external circumstances.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
